He is an experienced tax advisor. He provides legal services within the scope of corporate income tax, value-added tax, personal income tax, tax on civil law acts, customs duties and foreign exchange law, as well as within tax issues concerning capital transactions and real estates.

• He has a long-term experience in analyses and tax audits, as well as in tax planning for business entities.
• He prepares detailed strategies of tax risk management in business entities.
• He gained professional experience during the work in the tax authorities. He worked, for instance, at the Tax Control Office in Warsaw and Ministry of Finance at the Indirect Taxes Department, where he was entrusted with an independent position responsible for the issues concerning cash registers and dealt with the issues in terms of tax court judgements and tax system reform.
• He is an author of several dozen articles and books on income taxes and VAT tax.
• He conducts trainings and gives lectures for chief accountants and tax advisors at the Polish Academy of Accounting S.A., BDO Numerica and Naczelna Rada Adwokacka.
