He is a specialist in court and arbitrage proceedings. He has vast experience in matters related to the real estate law, including the provision of legal services in terms of residential and commercial real estates. He advises on the law on transport and logistics.

• He has vast experience in negotiations, arbitrage and representation of clients before the courts. He supervises the team of lawyers responsible for representation of clients before the common courts, the Supreme Administrative Court and Constitutional Tribunal, as well as Polish and international arbitrage courts. He also represents clients in pre-litigation negotations.
• He leads a team advising on real estate law issues. He has a long-term practice in legal transactions concerning the purchase, disposal, development, use and management of real estates. He provides real estate legal analysis, advisory services on preparation and execution of construction and infrastructural projects, as well as negotiates construction works contracts. He has experience in terms of loans, credits and other collaterals related to the real estates, as well as in real estate - related litigations.
• He advises on privatisation transactions, mergers, acquisitions and restructuring of business entities in the real estate sector, as well as on "greenfield" transactions, in particular in terms of transport transactions.
