She specialises in commercial and civil law. She has a several-year experience in the establishment of enterprises by the foreign entities, in particular those with French capital, in the territory of Poland. She is also experienced in the comprehensive legal service of large entrepreneurs, in particular industrial plants and commercial networks.

• She is an expert at corporate law. She advises on issues related to the stablishment of companies and their mergers, divisions and transformations, within the range of restructuring of capital groups and holdings.
• She has a vast experience in M&A processes, restructuring and bankruptcy. She represents clients in cross - border bankruptcy proceedings. She advises on liquidation and reorganisation of enterprises.
• She defended her Ph. D. thesis on the control take-over in capital companies in 2006 at the Law and Administration Faculty at the University of Warsaw.
• She was also granted the diploma from DESS L’Ecole du Droit Français et Européen de la filiale de l’Université de Poitiers, where currently she is one of the lecturers. She terminated two seminars on comparative law at the University in Strasburg.
