• He has long-term experience in legal services provision in terms of intellectual and industrial property law, media law and issues related to the commercial secret, copyrights, image, personal data and personal rights protection; he advises on trademarks and copyrights protection. - He advises clients, including financial institutions, on issue and functioning of electronic payment instruments, as well as on transactions with the use of electronic money.
• In cooperation with a patent agent he represents clients before the Polish Patent Office, European Patent Office, Internal Market Harmonisation Office and the World Intellectual Property Organisation.
• He provides advisory services within the scope of medical law, including issues related to the functioning of public an non-public medical establishments, as well as within the scope of commercial companies providing medical services.
• He has extensive experience in commercial real estates functioning, in particular the one concerning shopping centres.
• He continued the post-graduate studies in medical law.
