The team led by Andrzej Załęski is responsible for issues related to the medical law. Development of practice in terms of medical law is a response to the commercialisation of medical services sector. We advise on issues related to the functioning of public and non-public medical establishments and commercial companies providing medical services (i.e. medical centres). We draft and negotiate contracts with National Health Fund and contracts with contractors providing services and foods for medical establishments. We support our clients as far as employment of medical staff and their civil and penal liability are concerned.
