We represent business entities in the proceedings to obtain permissions required for the finalisation of merger and acquisition transactions, in particular before the President of Office of Competition and Consumer Protection, Polish Financial Supervision authority and Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration when an acquired business entity is the owner or perpetual usufructuary of the real estate located in the territory of Poland. We assist our clients through the whole process of merger or acquisition, taking part in negotiations over terms and conditions of the merger or acquisition and preparing all required documentation. The team is also responsible for provision of legal services related to the conduct of current business activity after the merger or acquisition transaction.
