The team managed by Piotr Świątkowski deals with representation of clients in court disputes, including the court disputes between the entrepreneurs. We represent our clients before common, administrative courts, Supreme Administrative Court and Constitutional Tribunal. We also represent our clients’ interests abroad before the Court of Justice of the European Communities and the European Court of Human Rights. We have extensive experience in arbitrage and mediation proceedings, as well as in conduct of negotiations and conclusion of settlements. It is our goal to settle disputes at the pre-litigation stage.
