We draw up employment agreements, including the ones for the managing staff of the employer, as well as other contracts and documents related to the employment relationship. We prepare regulations and advise on the choice of the proper time system and payment system, as well as on the questions related to the employee’s material liability.

We advise on employment agreements resolution and restructuring of the employment structure. We also represent our clients in court disputes.
