Over ten years of practice in the field of civil law and economic law, copyright law and criminal procedure, in particular in cases concerning company executives (so called ‘white collars’).

  • specializes in intellectual property law, in particular in various disputes concerning intellectual property, breach of copyright, breach of image rights and personality rights, as well as in representing producers in cases concerning the broadcasting of TV programs;
  • represents businesspersons in negotiating contracts for design works and general contracting;
  • has broad experience in negotiating property leases, purchase and sale and in projects involving the construction of shopping malls;
  • represents international financial institutions in disputes, including disputes concerning currency options, collaterals, insurance and enforcement proceedings;
  • provides counseling services to businesses undergoing bankruptcy and arrangement process with creditors, including also negotiations with creditors participating in the process;
  • represents entrepreneurs in business registration in Cyprus;
  • in 2002 completed post-graduate studies in the protection of intellectual property at the Jagiellonian University in Cracow, which were followed in June 2003 by post-graduate studies in Internet law at the Institute of Intellectual Property Law of the Jagiellonian University.
